1. Data We Collect: We collect information necessary to provide tutoring services: name, email, and academic goals via Cal.com. If you use our Student Portal, we authentiate via Google and may start sessions with cookies to maintain your login state. We may use anonymous analytics to improve site performance.

2. Student Privacy: We are committed to a safe learning environment. We do not sell or share student data with third-party advertisers. Student records are private and available only to the student and their parents/guardians.

3. Payment & Disputes: All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted third-party providers (Stripe/PayPal). We do not store credit card details on our servers. Invoices are provided upon request. Any billing disputes or chargebacks should be first addressed by contacting support to resolve the issue amicably without service interruption.

4. Rights: You may request to view or delete your data at any time by contacting hello@syntalearning.com.
